Colorado Blue Spruce

Hardy, large growing Spruce. Blue-green in color, native and adaptable. Arguably one of the most tolerant conifers for harsh climates, poor soils and moist soils (but won’t tolerate wet soils). The bluer the color, the more protected from wind burn, especially during the winter.
